  Highlights

  Parser fix — Italian radios whose ICY stream puts the whole
  ARTIST-TITLE into xesam:title with a bare hyphen (no spaces)
  and leaves xesam:artist empty are now parsed correctly instead
  of being silently filtered. Example from a field log:

  Before: Filtered:  | ALESSANDRA AMOROSO-MEZZO ROTTO (FEAT. BIGMAMA)
  After:  New track: ALESSANDRA AMOROSO — MEZZO ROTTO (FEAT. BIGMAMA)
  

  Spaced separators keep priority: JAY-Z - 99 Problems is still
  split as JAY-Z / 99 Problems.

  Installer forces restart on upgrade — systemctl --user enable --now is a no-op on an already-active service, so re-running
  install.sh after git pull used to replace the binary on disk
  but leave the pre-upgrade Python process in RAM. The installer
  now calls restart explicitly.

  Bilingual installer — install.sh and uninstall.sh detect
  LC_ALL / LC_MESSAGES / LANG: italiano when the locale begins
  with it, English otherwise. No new dependency.

  Richer --check diagnostics — Output reorganised into
  sections ([Service], [Config], [Applet], [MPRIS mpv],
  [Log], [Commands]), with systemd is-active / is-enabled
  status.

  Expanded default blacklist — Added Italian radio news
  markers (agenzia giornalistica, giornale radio, segnale orario, tgcom) and English equivalents (news update,
  news bulletin, news report, time signal, station id).
  Note: existing installations keep their current config.json as
  is; add the new entries manually to pick them up.

  Upgrade

  cd ~/radio-plus-plus-listenbrainz-scrobbler
  git pull
  ./install.sh
  

  The installer is idempotent, preserves your token and config, and
  now explicitly restarts the service.
